Make these for your next Summer party!
- Watermelon slices.
- Top with homemade chocolate (melted coconut oil, cacao powder, and maple syrup OR honey. See this post for the chocolate tutorial video I made with my kids).
- Sprinkle coconut flakes on top (or coarse sea salt!).
- Keep in a single layer on a wax paper-covered tray in your fridge or freezer.
- Pretend it took you longer than 5 minutes to make because they are SO pretty!
