Dieting sucks! And not only is it not fun, but it’s often causing damage ‘under the hood’ because of the way it lowers metabolism, reduces our muscle mass, creates nutritional deficiencies, causes inflammation and that can lead to auto-immunity, chronic disease in the future, etc.
