This is the main space.

It feels like you’re on the couch with a group of non-judgmental girlfriends.

We talk about what we’re eating, what’s actually working in our real lives, wins (even the small ones that change everything over time), energy, cravings, cycles, stress, and day-to-day patterns, and random life stuff mixed in b/c we’re women and that’s what we do.

You can jump in anytime… or just be there taking it in like a fly on the wall. NO pressure!






🏋️ The Training Room

When you’re ready for workouts that actually build something in your body, this is where you go.

4–5 days per week, around 30–40 minutes.

Strength training designed to progressively change your body over time without taking all your time.

Inside:

  • progressive overload (so your body keeps responding)

  • home + gym options

  • beginner track so you’re never ‘behind’

  • travel workouts for real life weeks

  • core + pelvic floor integration (often missing, but matters a lot for us!)

  • mobility, joint support, and bone health built in

It’s structured, but flexible enough to actually live with.






🍽️ The Kitchen

This is where food stops being complicated. No rigid meal plans. No tracking obsession. No perfection. Indulgences encouraged.

  • simple meals you can throw together in 5 min.

  • balanced ideas / recipes that support fat loss + energy

  • “What do I eat right now?” solutions

It’s food that works in real life and doesn’t take over your every waking thought.






🧠 The Learning Room

This is where things start to click.

Women usually come here and go, “Oh… THAAAAT’s what was going on.”

We go into:

  • women’s physiology (real version, no B.S. internet advice)

  • metabolism + fat loss (what actually drives change)

  • peri/menopause shifts no one explained clearly

  • cortisol, stress, sleep, and energy patterns

  • mindset loops that keep women stuck

  • simple systems that make consistency feel woven in and not like an extended To Do list

📅 Live support (a few times a month)

There are a few live sessions each month — workshops, coaching calls / Q+As, deeper dives.

You can come with questions or just listen in while other women ask exactly what you were thinking.

It’s practical, specific, and very real-life focused.
