Inside the complete collection are 41 gluten-free recipes, including easy lunches, grill favorites, kid-focused meals, plant-based and omnivore options, seasonal produce recipes, crowd pleasers, and simple summer dinners.

They are all gluten-free and macro-balanced very intentionally for body recomp. and health goals because I will not choose between tasty food and my goals and I don't think you should, either.
