This is one of my FAV plant-based protein powders. Simple ingredients, plenty of protein, not too many carbs / sugar / fat (so I can customize and add my own ingredients). We use this a lot in smoothies … for me, I’ll usually use 2 scoops for amn easy 40g protein meal.

These are one of my favorite protein bars. Simple ingredients, tasty, filling, and the protein-to-fat-to-fiber ratio is excellent with them being low carb (which means I can just add my own carb in if I want for that snack). Their formulation has changed recently, but I still think their new ones are amongst the better options out there.
