  • How to balance your meals for your goals

  • How to put yourself in ‘fat-burning mode’ and how to ‘tone up’ (and what that really means)

  • How to exercise for your particular goals (most people are getting this wrong)

  • How to stay on track without deprivation on weekends, holidays, trips, and special occasions

  • The impact of lifestyle factors (outside of nutrition + fitness) on your metabolism and how to tap into best practices

  • How to recalibrate your hunger cues and cravings so you can trust your body again

  • Measuring progress without stepping on a scale, weighing your food, or tracking your calories (yup, seriously)

  • How to make these changes without it consuming your mind or freedom

  • The role of inflammation, stress, sleep, gut health, and hormones on your metabolism and ways to make upgrades
