Hello! I have recently revamped my 1:1 coaching program and am excited to let you know it is now (finally) available! TRANSFORM: 1:1 is both an education — about mindset, metabolism, and how optimizing health helps with your body goals AND a complete, customized coaching program in one. Rather than diet down to rabbit portions, I will help you to boost your metabolism to achieve your goals in a brand new way. You won’t want to quit this because you will feel BETTER day after day (rather than worse like on a diet). You’re not a quitter! You just keep trying things that make you want to quit.

The spots are very limited, so please be aware that there may not be any openings at the time you’re reading this. 1:1 coaching is excellent for those who have done a round of TRANSFORM: Body + Mind and would like a deeper dive, those who have unique situations or goals, and those who want a customized experience with lots of accountability.

This coaching program is a 12-month deep-dive learning experience into nutrition, fitness, longevity and lifestyle factors (the education piece) complete with lots of check ins to help guide you individually, workouts that work for you — with home or gym options, optional meal plans and recipe collections, progress tracking in a way that makes most sense for you, and plenty of resources to help you reach your goals in all the ways (the coaching piece). No two clients are the same. We will be working on YOUR unique goals together.

FAQs:

  • What’s the investment?

    Coaching is $247 / month x 12 months (option available to add monthly check-in calls as well, though that is a super limited option). There will be no refunds.

  • Do you work with women only?

    Nope! While most of my clients are women, I have and do work with men as well.

  • Do I need a gym membership?

    Definitely not. If you have one, we’ll take advantage of that! But not necessary at all. You can do home workouts only and still be just as effective.

  • Do you work with (women in menopause, people with hypothyroidism, PCOS, diabetes, high blood pressure ….)?

    Yup! While I’m not a doctor and won’t be “treating” you or “prescribing” anything, we work on health optimization alongside your specific health and body composition goals.

  • Do I need to rearrange my schedule for appointments?

    You don’t! We will be working together virtually and everything can be done on your own time, whenever it fits into your schedule. We will be communicating well and often, but no real time appointments necessary.

Whatever happens — we work together, we don’t — I know you can do this! Please don’t ever give up on your goals. Our bodies are incredible.
