Do I need a gym membership?
Nope. If you have one, great! If not, your workouts can be done at home, with minimal or no equipment.
Do you work with men or just women?
Most of my clients are women, but I have and do coach men too. And teenagers! If you’re a human who wants to improve metabolic health, I got you.
Do you work with people with PCOS / PMOS, diabetes, menopause, high blood pressure, thyroid issues, auto-immunity, etc.?
Yes! While I’m not a doctor, I work with clients who have all kinds of health conditions. My approach focuses on health optimization, balancing blood sugar, reducing inflammation, and teaching your body how to burn fat efficiently while feeling your best.
Do I need to rearrange my schedule for appointments?
