Holidays, holiday parties, friends, family, coworkers ... have you had your fill yet?! :-P

Enjoy this holiday gift I made for you. :-). It's a big collection of meals that are all balanced for fat loss, blood sugar balancing and health optimization goals. I've included a whole bunch of 1 pan meals, stews, soup, a couple of smoothies / smoothie bowl, some warm breakfasts and a couple of super-quick (5 minute) options.
