A little Halloween recap

Pulling something out of the archives today!

Last year, I wrote about how we Halloween around here, and since not much has changed, I figured I'd reshare and save my breath. We're still doing our thing, enjoying the holiday, making memories, and keeping the weeks-long candy situation from taking over our house.

There's also a collection of nine homemade candy recipes in there, including pumpkin peanut butter cups, cheesecake freezer bites, and chocolate-covered peanut caramel bars. You're welcome. ;-)

I also dug up this Halloween post from last year featuring a few callers. Some seasonal entertainment for you.

One more thing before you go!

The Metabolic Edge is open for November enrollment TODAY and TOMORROW only.

If you're tired of knowing a whole lot about health but struggling to make it all work in your REAL life, I'd love to have you.

If you're the woman who has 32 saved posts about insulin resistance, a supplement cabinet that needs its own inventory system, and still isn't quite sure what to prioritize, I'd really REALLY love to have you b/c that's not sustainable (nor is it working).

That's what we work on together inside TME. Cutting through the noise, figuring out what matters for YOUR body, and turning all that information into things you can actually do, even when life gets messy.

You deserve to look like you workout, feel like a million bucks, and function like someone who cares about her health as much as you do.

Come join us inside The Metabolic Edge.

Happy (wild + well) Halloween!

Tara
